Updates about the happenings of the last week. I know it's super long! Haha! But I just can't help it! It's a week worth of update! Haha!

20th June 2005 - Monday
Liling invited us to her chalet at Downtown East. Jessica and Suxian couldn't make it because of school, so only me and Wanmei went. We took MRT all the way from Jurong East to Pasir Ris. But the journey didn't seem very long because we talked non-stop. We talked about loads of stuff. School, friends, guys etc. It's always easy and comfortable to talk to Wanmei. Our conversation always flows very smoothly. We don't hafta deliberately come up with topics to talk about. One thing just leads to another. And she just seems to understand the things I'm going through. Probably because we're of the same frequency! Haha! "Wanmei! Thanx a lot for always being there! Love ya loads! *hugs*"

Met Shih Wen, Kenton, Liling, Aloysious and Jiamin at White Sand's NTUC and then went over to the chalet together. We BBQed. The food was really good. Except the soggy nuggets which had probably been swimming inside honey for who knows how long. Haha! I seriously ate a lot! Especially potatoes! I ate like 4 or 5 of them, or maybe even more! Haha! We took a couple of pictures too. Shall upload when I get them from Liling.

We went over to the beach at around or after midnight to play with sparkles. Kenton, Conghan and Vinod tried to make "rockets" with the sparkles. But all their 3 attempts failed because the "rockets" couldn't fly. But at least they still manage to give off light and spurt out sparks! Haha! =X Spent quite some time sitting at the beach, talking to Liling. "*hugs* I believe things will go well for the both of you pretty soon!"

Back in the chalet room, the whole big group of us played this game which was similar to Snap. I totally suck at it! Haha! But I still had a lot of fun screaming and laughing my head off!

I discovered 2 things during the chalet. Firstly is that people from JJC are rather friendly. Both Liling's classmates, Conghan and Jie Si were rather easy to talk to. Secondly, is that Wanmei has the hidden talent of making delicious roasted marshmallows! Haha! Although I don't really know how to appreciate her roasted marshmallows cause I'm not a marshmallow lover. But from the response that the others gave, I guessed it must be really delicious! Haha!

21st June 2005 - Tuesday
Went to watch Siglap play against Mountbatten at Tong Whye temple. They played really well for the first quarter! The players from Mountbatten got really rough after that. They intentionally hit Desmond on the head and even scratched Tepang. But in the end, Siglap still won!

23rd June 2005 - Thursday
Went to 05S11 class chalet at Downtown East. Yah! Again! Haha! Went tanning with Tammie while the rest went to play pool. But unfortunately, we didn't really get tanned, I got no idea why. Haha! We ate dinner at Pizza Hut cause the guys didn't wanna stick to the original plan of going to Marina Bay to eat steamboat. Guys~!

After dinner we went back to the chalet room to slack, play cards and watch tv. When we were watching Tong Xin Yuan on Channel 8, the whole class was like cursing Xu Mei Zhen together! Haha! It was really funny!

We went to the Red House at around midnight. We didn't really know the way there. But we found it anyway. Haha! The place is so super run down and eerie! Only Siong Chye, Terrence and Henry went in cause the rest of the class either didn't dare to or didn't want to. Probably except Ruo Han who so badly want to go in, but I didn't let her. Haha! So the rest stayed outside to wait for them. They came out after a while with the pictures that they took inside the house. They said they didn't see "anything" inside, and neither did we see "anything" from those pictures. Oh yah! Terrence sorta got stuck while climbing out of the gate! Haha! His position was like super duper awkward! Wahahaha! Damn funny! Not only that. He sang like super loudly in the shower! I got a recording as prove! Haha! I heard that he did the same thing on the 2nd night while everyone was trying to sleep! Wahahaha!

Everyone got up at 6 the next morning cause we needed to go back to school. It wasn't because we were having extra tutorials or lectures. It was because we needed to go back to school to take a class photo! -.-" Everyone was like grumbling and cursing aways due to the lack of sleep. Haha! We walked all the way from Downtown East all the way to Pasir Ris Mrt station cause there wasn't any bus available at 6 plus. Due to the lack of sleep, most of us just slept through the journey. Haha!

24th June 2005 - Friday
Went for dinner at Border's Bistro with 406! Not exactly the entire class was there, but at least 15 of us went. It feels so totally good to be able to see everyone again and catch up with each other's life! We crapped, laughed, took loads of photos and made loads of noise like we always do! Haha! It was as if we were the only people having dinner there! But I guess that's just us! Haha!

"I miss all of you so much! It's really good to be able to see all of you again! *hugs* Good luck for those that are having their mid-years and common tests! Jia you! Though we're no longer studying in the same school and class, but I believe we still share the same dream of getting our name announced and going up the stage! And I'm sure that will definitely happen in 2007 when we collect our results for A's! Jia you! *hugs*"

25th June 2005 - Saturday
Went to watch Initial D with Tepang! It's such a great show! Cute guys! Beautiful cars! Good story line! Rather funny! And touching too! The ending's so sad! I cried! I really wouldn't mind watching it again! Haha! And I think I'm watching it again! But there's still like so many movies I wanna catch! A Lot Like Love, War Of The Worlds and Batman Begins! But good thing my dad borrowed the Batman vcd from my uncle. If not I'll be like spending like loads of money on movies!

27th June 2005 - Monday
As for today, today's the first day of school. Went to school and found out that we've got a new timetable which takes effect as of today. And guess what! Everything remains the same except that it ends at 4:30 instead of 2 for me because the shifted the last period of Maths on Friday to Monday, after their 1 and a half hours of Chinese lessons! In another words, I'll have 1 and a half hours of free period cause I don't take Chinese! But good thing Mr Kum was kind enough to shift it back to Friday! Yeah! So I'm back to my old timetable!

Mrs Tay's on another month leave again! Omg! I don't know if it's considered a good news or a bad news. It's a good news cause she wouldn't be like nagging and catching us for every single thing. But on the other hand it's bad because I'm really struggling in Chemistry!

Had GP test today too. Comprehension. I'm like so gonna flunk! There's still like 4 more tests coming up! And my Chemistry SPA is next week! So dead can! Sigh!

Why must the holidays be over so fast?! Not only can I no longer sleep late and wake up late! But I'm like already loaded with assignments and tests! And there's still the freaking irritating PW! Crap! I miss seeing Tepang every single day! I miss playing with Grant at home! I even miss my mum!

I don't want to go to school! I wanna have holidays forever and ever and ever!

Tepang got into the big team! So he'll be playing in the open category for Yuhua cup. So proud of him! =)

I know what this is gonna mean for us. It'll means that we'll hafta spend less time together. On top of all the matches and trainings that he've been having, he'll be having extra trainings and matches. And besides all these, he still hafta cope with his studies.

I feel upset. But it's okay. At the end of the day, it'll all be worth it if he pass his O's with flying colours and do well in his bball "career". Yup! I guess I'll just try to slowly start adjusting myself to not having him with me so often. I believe I'll cope well. I'll try to spend most of my time mugging while he's out there training or studying hard as well. "Jia you girl! I'm sure you'll do just fine alone! *hugs*"

Suxian and me went over to Wanmei's house yesterday. We tried to study. I did a little bit of my Maths holiday assignment and Suxian did one question of her Maths holiday assignment too! Haha! As for Wanmei, erm.. "Wanmei! What did you manage to complete huh? Haha! *opps*" We talked and slacked too! And definitely ate a lot! Wanmei kept on stuffing us with her endless supply of food! Haha!

She also gave us the stuff that she bought from Taiwan for us. She gave us each a bottle of drink that has a marble stuck on the cap. You have to like push the marble into the bottle to open it. They use to sell it in Singapore quite a few years back, but I no longer see it around. She also gave the both of us this snoopy sweet which contains 2 different flavours of sweets inside. White grape and blackcurrent. She also gave us each a stone which she picked up from "Qi Xing Tan". I chose the one which was the smoothest, roundest and nicest, while Suxian picked one of the smaller ones. Haha! She also gave me this straw of special design with a dinosaur attached to it and a top to Suxian! "Thanx a lot for all ya presents Wanmei! Love ya! *hugs*"

We left Wanmei's place at around 6 plus and she accompanied me to watch Tepang's match. We were like wating for the match to start when Wanmei suddenly ask me, "Why their team name so funny? Siglap Lians!". I was like so confused when I heard that. Then I finally realised what she was talking about! She mis-read the word 'lions' as 'lians'! Their team's name is supposed to be Siglap Lions! Haha! And we both burst out laughing so loud! Haha!

As for today, Tepang and me played with Grant the entire morning! Grant definitely have his own way of communicating with others! Haha! At about 1 plus, I left for training while Tepang went home.

Training was alright today. We did the usual stuff like 2.4km run, ball drills and stuff. We also had a match against the seniors. We sorta got thrashed for the first quarter, but the next 2 quarters wasn't so bad. I can saw an improvement in everyone. Some people improved slightly, but some people improved quite a lot. I could feel myself improving too. Especially in my confidence level. Although my passes and shooting still isn't up to expectation, but I trust that if I have more confidence in myself, and work hard, I'll definitely be able to brush up in those areas. Whatever it is, I guess we should be glad that everyone is improving.

I was supposed to meet Tepang after my training at 5:30. But the match only ended at around 6. So Tepang had to like wait there for about half an hour for me! =/ "So sorry my dear! Thanx so much for waiting! So touched! *muackZz*"

Although it's the holidays, but Tepang and me haven't been spending much time together. He've been having trainings and matches like almost every other day. He gets tired after the matches, he turns in early, sleep in till late and goes for his matches in the evening again. Sigh. "It's okay girl! You gotta be more understanding and supportive! There's always the next holiday to look forward too! *hugs*"

But I still can't help missing him a lot. Sigh.

He's been playing well these few matches! Especially yesterday! Feel so super proud of him! Hopefully he'll play well tomorrow too! "Jia you! *muackZz*"

Haven't been blogging for a couple of days. So I shall updates the happenings these few days.

7 June 2005 (Tuesday)
Went to watch Madagascar with Jessica, Kenny and Tepang. The show was super cute and funny! The penguins! They are like super duper mighty ultra cute! "You didn't see anything.. (with a special hand sign as it disappear through the hole) Right?! (pop out from the hole again) Haha! So cute! Totally love them to bits! Haha!

After the movie, I accompanied Tepang to Ang Mo Kio for his Youth Cup match. But it started raining so heavily when we reached there! And the match was cancelled even after the it stopped raining cause it was already over their time slot! So we came all the way back to Bukit Batok from Ang Mo Kio! -.-"

9 June 2005 (Thursday)
Went shopping with Sheryl, my beloved bimbotic walnut! It feels so good to be able to see her again! She's still as pretty as before. Although she got a little darker. If you don't know her, it'll never cross your mind that she's a soccer player! Haha!

Our first destination was Bugis. Sheryl wanted to get a new bag pack for school. But instead I saw a bag which cost $52 in P.O.A that I kinda like and she found nothing. Haha! Irony right! But as I couldn't make up my mind whether to get it or not, we headed down to town. We both bought a green polo tee at Giodarno, then went to and fro Wisma again and again in search of a brown top, and I finally found something which appeals to me at Zara. I bet Sheryl was like bored out while I made countless tries on the clothes! "So sorry my dear!" After getting the top, we headed back to Bugis again to look at the bag! Haha! Madness right?! But fortunately, we both bought the bag in the end! Haha! So at least it's not a wasted trip! Haha!

Headed down to SBC from Bugis to watch Tepang's match. They played against this team called Limits and they won! Tepang put in about 20 points and he rejected a 3 points' ball! So proud of him! *hugs*

10 June 2005 (Friday)
Woke up at 7 this morning to go for training. Ran 2.4km, as well as loads of ball handling and ball drills under the sorching sun! It's like so hot I almost melted! All thanx to the sun, now I have reddish cheecks! It's as though I just came back from Sentosa with a sun burnt!

After training, I went to Lot 1 to pass Germaine her Economics lecture booklet. She was late cause she couldn't get up on time! And guess what's the cause for that?! She was playing computer game with her cut hair boy till 5 in the morning! Ruohan! *ahem ahem* Wahahaha! Coincidentally, I met Nadalala and we went for lunch together! My sincere apology to Germaine, cause I was so excited when I saw Nadalala that I didn't walk her out to meet Xiaoli. "Sorry germs! *hugs*" Anyway! Nadalala told me that we'll most probably be having our 406 "clique" dinner next week! So exciting! Looking forward!

I'm back from chalet! Wouldn't say that I totally enjoyed myself, cause there's like almost nothing to do at Changi! What we did for most of the time is to stay in the chalet to slack, sleep, eat and watch tv! I didn't even get to swim or go to the beach! Haha! So I wouldn't be going into details about what happened these four days, cause there's like nothing much to go into details about either. But I'll still highlight some of the stuff I did during these 4 days

Went to Changi Village to look at "ah gua" on Saturday night! Yongcheng fetched me there with his motorbike! Haha! While the rest walked there. =X Some of the "ah gua" were like really pretty! So jealous! Haha!

We also went into Old Changi Hospital yesterday afternoon. The place's like super big, run down, eerie and creepy. It's already like so scary when you go in in the afternoon. I cannot imagine going into that place at night. It's a good thing that we managed to get out of there "safely" without running into the security guard.

Went all the way from Changi to Ang Mo Kio with Tepang for his match. They won! And he played rather well too! *hugs*

Read Yingzhen's blog. She mentioned something about the league in her latest post. Sigh. I would be training hard with them for the league if I was still in sajc, in Saints netball team. Why didn't I just choose Arts faculty and go back there. Sigh. I miss the team. I miss 05A42. I miss the food. I miss training.

Maybe Wanmei's right. I keep missing my life back in sajc. I just can't look forward and accept the fact that I'm never gonna go back there. That's why I feel so miserable at pjc. I guess it's time I try to put those days behind me as a part of my memory and look forward. I believe God has his own plans for me.

Wanmei and me went to get our eyebrows done at Jurong Point on Tuesday! Haha! I know we are vain! But it's women's priviledge to be vain okay? Wanmei also went to rebond her hair! She looks so pretty! Haha! Took a few pictures of the two of us! I'm posting it up!

I'll be leaving for chalet at Changi tomorrow. We're celebrating of Grant's birthday which is on the 5th of June! Tepang's coming with me too! =D We'll be back either on Monday or Sunday. Will be posting more pictures taken during the chalet when I come back! Haha!
